A tailored nutrition plan based around your goals and lifestyle, learn the essentials about foods and how to write your own plan.
Work Out Plan
A tailored workout plan that is aligned with your goals. Not everyone is looking to be the fastest, strongest or leanest- together we find out what works best for you and how to not only commit to your workouts but learn to love them. I’ll show you how to fit working out around your everyday life and how to make the most of your time by becoming a lover of home workouts.
Goal Setting
Goal setting with a difference- your life changes start here, the more you invest in this step, the more your goals will become a reality- I show you how to do this
New Habits
12 healthy habits for life, introduced one at a time so as not to overwhelm you. These habits performed daily and consistently will have you feeling energised in no time
Challenges
A weekly endurance challenge set every Saturday or Sunday- designed to take you out of your comfort zone and build mental resilience.
Realistic Progress Goals
What I don’t do is promise you unrealistic progress in the 12 weeks but can assure you that you’ll be well on the way to a healthier, leaner, more energetic you with the confidence of facing any obstacles that come your way.
Preparation
You’ll need to be able to commit to the time needed to study the content, complete the tasks set, plan your food daily and schedule your workouts every week. But most importantly you will need to be prepared to make significant changes in your life especially if you have been struggling for some time.
