My Story

The idea of writing my programme came to me whilst I was on my own journey of self discovery back in 2018.

I had always been keen on sport, health and fitness but struggled with the same battle!

Consistency with my goals. I would often go through waves of 4 month cycles of starting a new fitness fad, seeing some decent results only to give them all back and more, when some new event crept into my life.

I would dream of having a strong fit physique and more importantly higher levels of energy but I was just caught in the same negative loop, my weight finally getting the better of me at 103kg.

My breakthrough came when I started learning Neuro linguistic programming & habits.

Studying the traits of the super disciplined made me realise what can be achieved with the right plan & taking consistent action. I can safely say, I have never felt more in control of my day to day decisions and live by the mantra of…

You make your choices and your choices make you!

 

Although I have all the accreditation in Nutrition and fitness which I’m extremely proud of, it is my knowledge of habits and general mindset development that I believe sets me apart from many others.

Everything clicked into place when I learnt how to include these principles in my everyday life. With this in mind I developed mind and body conditioning, a 12 week programme I created to help those stuck in similar ways. Studies show that 65-70 % of people in UK aged 35 upwards fall into the category of either being overIight or obese & nearly 40% of the polulation never exercise at all. I recognised when putting my business together that there are many good health & fitness professionals out there who are very knowledgeable but seem happy for their clients to be reliant on them to make progress and keep them motivated, accountability is a great method and I utilise this within my course, that said my mission is to get my clients to a place of independence and confidence, after their time spent with me so they feel equipped to continue striving for their goals.

I can honestly say I have never felt healthier, more balanced and energised than I do now. Sharing my knowledge and helping people take back control of their health & wellbeing is truly rewarding and I’m grateful for the opportunities that have been given to me.
